The role
We're looking for a CRM and Automation specialist who can manage platforms, as well as create a unique customer experiences! In this role you will lead the implementation and maintenance of CRM and drive Automation efforts! You’ll also help create lasting customer experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation, management and customisation of CRM
- Create personalised customer journeys
- Utilise reporting and analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyse workflow and communications effectiveness
- Build, schedule and report on all marketing communications
- Craft and execute lifecycle communications strategies
- Partner with other stakeholders
- Manage data segmentation to improve personalisation and targeted messaging
What You Bring to the Table
- You’re a HubSpot specialist
- You have experience in implementing enterprise-level CRM strategies and Martech platforms
- You've delivered engaging customer lifecycle and marketing communications in competitive industries
