Your team is responsible for delivering an integrated and consistent approach to the company's marketing, brand, external and internal affairs, communications and sustainability.

You work with Media, Creative, Operations and Technology. You will sit within the Media team which consists of smaller teams; paid search, digital media and owned channels. This role would sit within the Media team, reporting into the Executive Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and responsible for the performance delivery of Programmatic and Paid Social accounts
  • Develop, implement and optimise Programmatic and Paid Social strategies to drive cost-efficient growth and best practice principles
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop Programmatic and Paid Social campaigns in support of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and research to generate insights and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Effectively manage investment and performance targets through on-going tracking, forecasting and reporting
  • End to end digital campaign management, including implementation, optimisation and campaign data analysis
  • Collaboration with media and creative agency partners to ensure all digital and social campaigns are delivered in a timely, accurate and risk free manner
  • Design experiments to improve digital customer journey and improve overall digital media efficiency
  • Develop and support annual digital media and marketing strategy
  • Create a test & learn framework to ensure you are constantly striving for success
  • Collaborate with technology partners and publishers to stay up-to-date with new features and industry trends
  • Share campaign learnings across the marketing and creative team and with the media agency
  • Managing media budgets

Your skills & experience

  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and media landscape in Australia
  • Strong Programmatic and Paid Social experience - agency side
  • Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking
  • Strong campaign and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using systems to create quality reporting and gleaning insights to drive business decisions
  • Ability to manage issues and multiple stakeholders
  • Google Marketing Platform experience including DV360 and Campaign Manager
  • Hands on experience in paid social ad platforms including Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Strong team player
