ROLE PURPOSE

The role of the Digital Director is to manage their team to deliver the complete service of Performance Media (including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic) to a client, from taking the first brief, developing the approach through to implementation and ongoing management.

The Digital Director will also build strong client relationships and participate in all relevant meetings and business reviews.

The Digital Director will manage a team of 4 with the goal of doubling the team size within 12 months.

Majority of your clients will be charities.

COMPETENCIES

  • 6 years’ experience managing Search & Social campaigns
  • Hands on platform experience
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent presentation and client skills
  • Managing P&L, budgets
