ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage an allocated portfolio of key clients, delivering excellent service levels at all times
- Drive bookings and revenue growth, proactively identifying programmatic opportunities for existing and new clients
- Competently respond to client briefs and enquiries, actively demonstrating knowledge programmatic buying technology and tactics, and products
- Build relationships with agency peers, creating joint partnerships
- Encourage and proactively engage in constructive team dialogue to workshop client opportunities or challenges, seeking contribution and expertise across the team
- Brief operations on new campaigns or developing client activity, ensuring objectives, expectations and client specific requirements are clear
- Manage client expectations to support turnaround times for campaign trafficking or ad hoc requests
- Support Operations if required on the effective communication and collaborative client management of campaign optimisation recommendations or delivery issues
- Deliver programmatic education or product updates to DAN agency client teams or clients direct
- Manage your direct reports (executives or coordinators), supporting and mentoring their development, allowing them to effectively grow their expertise in order to independently tend to client needs and expectations
- Support the Senior Client Service Manager in activating on business directives, agile resourcing needs, or people
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years' experience in a Sales, Account Management or Media Planning position
- Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Media buying and Adserving technology, Demand Side Platforms and Data Management Platforms
- Programmatic experience preferred
- Management experience beneficial
- Proven experience with client and campaign management and ownership
- Understanding of the broader media landscape
