Our client are going through continued growth as they expand their in-house paid search capabilities to support our global campaigns.  In this client-side Search Executive role you will experience true performance based search advertising across multiple geographies while being part of our broader acquisition and local marketing teams.  You'll work with other key global business stakeholders across their product, operations, and finance areas working towards driving new high value customers cost effectively.
What you'll be doing

  • Hands-on paid search campaign management, including bid management, campaign strategy, optimisation and analysis
  • Apply SEM best practices including search query optimisation, quality score management, ad copy & landing page testing and optimisation to increase profitable share of clicks
  • Maintain a high level of search account quality by identifying and amending tracking & reporting issues
  • Stay up to date with search engine marketing changes and determine how they can impact the business and our search campaigns
  • Develop processes for improved SEM optimisations and global implementation tasks
  • Share insights and performance across marketing, product, and finance teams 

What you'll bring

  • 1-2 years' experience in an SEM focused role either client or agency side, preferably from an e-commerce or finance vertical across multiple geographies
  • Decision making through data-based insights with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience working on complex performance based search accounts or clients
  • Experience in bid management, tag management & web analytics platforms
  • Must have a positive personality, be motivated and a passion for online marketing
