The Digital Media Data Scientist will lead a data team and construct their data management, attribution and visualisation strategies to maximise efficiency and accuracy. In addition, you will be responsible for providing deep analysis on campaign performance across a wide variety of global retail brands. The ideal candidate for this position is experienced in managing data science projects from start to finish and has a passion for big data, technology and digital marketing.
- Develop data science strategy for entire agency and its clients including, but not limited to data centralisation across multiple data sources, custom attribution modeling and data visualisation
- Selecting warehousing, modeling and/or visualisation software vendors and orchestrating orchestrate integrations in order to build a seamless data science offering
- Build scalable, stable, and efficient processes to collect, model, present, and analyse large datasets for internal and external teams
- Analyse large, complex data sets across various digital marketing campaigns and provide optimisation recommendations to specialist teams
- Create custom attribution models for individual clients' requirements based on their unique business model
- Responsible for data cleansing in order to ensure most accurate accuracy in analysis
- Management of Data Analyst to execute strategic vision and on-going reporting requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 3+ years with advanced analytics and modelling specifically in digital marketing
- Confidence with data science planning, set-up and architecture
- Experience with data centralisation and warehousing techniques and tools
- Experience with statistical modelling techniques and tools
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Domo, etc.
- Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial in the nature
- History of creating strategies and successfully executing on time
