Scope of Role
Due to rapid growth, expansion and new client wins, this global agency is looking for a Social and Analytics Manager to join their team working across some of the largest FMCG and Telco brands in the country.
The Social and Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role alongside the Accout Director in provide state of the art social media strategies to drive ROI and performance. You will manage the day-to-day tasks of an Analyst and give them mentorship to increase their development. You will develop a close relationship with your client/s and attend regular meetings to discuss campaigns, trends and performance.
Along with your Analyst, you will provide detailed reporting structure with accompanying analytics, it is a vital part of your role as you will be using multiple Social and Analytical tools.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong experience using appropriate software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience working across large brands and blue-chips
