Description
Looking for a strategic, content, technical and results focused SEO Account Director to join the agency and lead their SEO offering in Australia and broader APAC market.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of key accounts within the SEO team
- Formulation and execution of results driven SEO strategies
- Planning, execution and measurement of link acquisition & outreach strategies
- Reporting and analysis of results to demonstrate clear ROI for our clients against our activity as well as regularly track KPIs internally.
- Collaborate with other digital marketing channels, with a clear goal of providing the best result for our clients
- Technical optimisation, audits and strategy
- Keeping up to date with the latest SEO initiatives and bringing innovation to the team and agency.
- Working with the agency to develop our tools and technical abilities.
- Identifying new opportunities to build revenue and services within the SEO department and beyond.
- Playing a key role in new business development, including owning the SEO strategy and how this fits within the overall strategy the agency is presenting at pitch.
Expectations:
- 3-5 years SEO strategic experience, ideally within an agency
- Expert in building sustainable link acquisition strategies that have generated quality links, and able to continue to evolve that strategy over time.
- Expert in technical SEO including Web Core Vitals and advanced development techniques such as Angular JS.
- Expert in formulating SEO strategies that drive measurable results
- Qualified and/or highly experienced in analytics tools relevant to SEO (GA, GSC etc.)
- Proven ability to handle complex technical SEO challenges
- Proven ability to manage multiple SEO campaigns in a number of verticals
