Senior SEO Manager

We are looking for experienced SEO Managers. My client, a global agency, are growing and need a capable technical SEO with team and client management experience and great communication skills. It’s an exciting role if you are ready to take a step up, want to deal with blue chip accounts and improve your people management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical consultancy to clients on all aspects of SEO, including:

• Keyword research
• SEO technical analysis and evaluation
• Link building and content strategy
• HTML and CMS optimisation
• Analyse campaign performance
• Keep up to date with the latest industry developments

2. Manage blue chip accounts

• Build strategy and manage execution for your key accounts
• Provide insightful recommendations to your clients
• Challenge your clients, when it really matters
• Prepare pitches and deliver presentations

3. Manage a team of SEO Executive and an Account Manager

• Support junior team members
• Motivate your team and lead by example

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

• 3-4 years SEO in agency or in-house experience
• Experience of dealing with large accounts
• Web building skills
• People management experience
• Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
• Good communication skills
• Strong listening and questioning skills
