We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Manager looking to move client side. You will be responsible for setting and maintaining the strategic programmatic direction for the business including buying, operations, and technology decisions. You will report to the Head of Digital and are responsible for managing a small programmatic team.
- Build programmatic and data strategy: build a data driven, integrated, digital and TV programmatic strategy for the business
- Campaign management and optimisation: manage a team and be responsible for setting up of campaigns, monitoring performance, and working with the Digital Performance Manager to agree on optimisation decisions
- Publisher, tech management and operations: responsible for developing and nurturing key partnerships with tech vendors, publishers, & networks to continually enhance business performance
- Team management: acquire , retain and train a high performing team
- Hold a tertiary education qualification
- 6+ years' experience in performance, programmatic , SEM, enterprise marketing technology or other biddable media, with 6 plus years' experience in digital media/advertising.
- Team management experience
- Experience in campaign optimisation, campaign management within a publisher, trading desk, ad network or marketing services business is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of digital advertising platforms e.g. Adservers (Advertiser or Publisher), DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, SEM Platforms, Social Ad Platforms
- Outstanding analytics skills, with expert level MS Excel knowledge, including extensive experience with pivot tables, building dashboards and the ability to create summaries on presented data. Strong communication skills; ability to influence decision makers and peers
