Description
As a Search Manager you would be responsible for day to day management of client accounts. You would be responsible for overseeing the specialists on their accounts, and may also be required to assist with training others on search manager job duties and processes. As a Search Manager you would typically be responsible for managing larger accounts.
Responsibilities
- Works with a Search Director to build the strategy
- Executes a search campaign against the strategy
- Supports new business efforts by assisting others with proposals, research and data collection
- Actively participates in organisation and development of new business pitches with senior level guidance
- 70% campaign management / 30% client management
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years search experience
- Preferred degree qualified
- Proven track record in dealing with clients and multiple internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing a search campaign (over $50K month spend)
- Detailed understanding of match types, quality score & landing page strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends
