My client is a global media agency looking for a Search Director to understand, educate and support their search team. As a Search director you will be required to review optimisation strategy with search manager's for complex clients. This role will involve overseeing blue chip accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct performance reviews
- Develop training plans for the team
- Assist with presentations to clients
- Oversee client accounts
- Complete client reports
- Complete client setup process
- Recruit new people for the team
- Manage relationships with Google and Yahoo
- Grow clients
- Provide monthly forecasts vs budgets
- Lead campaign strategy development processes
- Prepare and deliver new business pitches
Requirements
- Experience managing a search team
- 3 years + experience in search
- Experience managing large budgets
- Strategy development experience
- Excellent communication skills
