Description

My client is a global media agency looking for a Search Director to understand, educate and support their search team. As a Search director you will be required to review optimisation strategy with search manager's for complex clients. This role will involve overseeing blue chip accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Develop training plans for the team
  • Assist with presentations to clients
  • Oversee client accounts
  • Complete client reports
  • Complete client setup process
  • Recruit new people for the team
  • Manage relationships with Google and Yahoo
  • Grow clients
  • Provide monthly forecasts vs budgets
  • Lead campaign strategy development processes
  • Prepare and deliver new business pitches

Requirements

  • Experience managing a search team
  • 3 years + experience in search
  • Experience managing large budgets
  • Strategy development experience
  • Excellent communication skills
