Description
We are looking for an experienced Search Account Manager to join our client's team working from their Sydney offce. This is an opportunity to combine paid search and online marketing experience and knowledge with account management, up-selling, relationship building and search strategy.
You will have a proven track record in working in a client facing and a strategic role and enjoy working in a retention and revenue focused role with both agencies and clients directly. Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of agency and direct clients
- Create client relationships at all levels, but with a focus on heads of department and exec sponsors
- Oversee launch of new clients and train on new products and features
- Ensure high client satisfaction at all times and demonstrate long term value of the partnership
- Work with the technical teams to understand any client custom requirements and deliver a commercially viable solution
- Find and develop opportunities for revenue growth within existing client base
- Negotiate terms for renewal and new business opportunities
- Forecast revenues from existing client base to feed into exec team business planning
Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of and experience in PPC / Paid Search
- Excellent key account management experience
- Proven track record generating revenues from existing clients and building long-term relationships
- Experience working with blue-chip clients and media agencies at a senior level
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing including display, facebook, ad exchanges, and other social media
- Thorough understanding of digital tracking and analytics technologies
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
