The SummaryThe company in question are a global digital media company with offices in London, Dublin, Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney. They are looking to recruit a Sales Manager who will sell advertising solutions into digital media agencies based in Sydney.
The Role
- To support the Sales Managers in all aspects of the sales process
- To work in conjunction with the Sales Managers to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Effectively managing a portfolio of agency and direct clients with the Sales Managers
- Creating sales packages
- Attending client meetings
- Assisting in the growth of business through effective account management by offering creative ideas and solutions
- To liaise proactively with finance, business development and ad operations to facilitate reporting and minimise under-delivery
- To manage invoicing procedures for your sales territory at the end of each month
- To ensure high level of industry knowledge and identify opportunities to drive revenue
The Person
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to keep on top of tasks
- Be highly organised with a real passion for digital media
- Have professional written skills and a great telephone manner
- Have strong skills in Microsoft Office
- The person needs to be commercially aware, enthusiastic, self-driven and thrive on developing relationships with clients
- Candidates with marketing degrees and internships in digtal organisations would be look on very favourably
- They will possess drive and ambition and thrive in an empowered role that will allow for fast progression and development, should they take the opportunity
