Role overview
The Performance Display Director is responsible for the company display offering and leadership of display efforts. The Performance Display Director will be responsible for the growth of the channel & our client partners businesses in addition to providing flawless execution of Display campaigns designed to clients’ initiatives. The Performance Display Director will also be responsible for supporting additional acquisition and monetisation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead client strategy, implementation and analytics for Display programs
- Development, training, and education of the directs reports and the wider agency and team
- Support the client performance teams with the development and creation of proposals
- Provide timely reporting & analysis of Display marketing performance based on traffic, conversion, and sales
- Ensure that personal workflow / time management is maintained to meet all agreed deadlines and meet client expectations for the delivery of any material
- Administrative tasks: budget planning, keep record of spend, new Display account queries
- Plan, Implement and Monitor the Display strategy across our top 15 clients
Ideal candidate
- 5+ years Display marketing experience, preferably in online retail and with 2+ years management experience
- Experience identifying and evaluating KPIs and providing concrete recommendations both in terms of investment and creative opportunities
- Retail experience with Display marketing, online advertising, and/or direct marketing strongly preferred
- Proven ability to innovate and lead launch of new campaigns and strategies in Display arena
