The role of the Performance Director is to manage their team to deliver the complete service of Performance Media (including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Native and Affiliate) to a client, from taking the first brief, developing the approach through to implementation and ongoing management.
The Performance Director will also build strong client relationships and participate in all relevant meetings and business reviews.
The Performance Director will report into the Head of Performance and will be in charge of a large team of 5 with the team likely grow.
They should inspire their team to deliver work that is held up as ‘best in class’, both within the agency and industry-wide.
