Our client is an award winning Media Agency looking for a Media Manager to join their team. This role would suit a Media Planner & Buyer looking to take a step towards a more strategic role.In this role you would be responsible for managing and leading strategy, implementation, planning, negotiation and buying across all media channels. You will have an Account Assistant and Account Executive reporting to you and you will be responsible for the media portfolio of one specific client.In order to fulfill this role my client is looking for someone with:
- 3 years + experience working in Media Planning & Buying within an agency
- Excellent communication skills: this role involves both internal people management and client management responsibilities
- Experience with all implementation tools, i.e Comms Tracker, Roy Morgan, Matrix etc.
- Understanding of all media channels, and ability to make an effective integrated media plan for blue chip clients
- Data analysis skills & financial astuteness
