Our client is an award winning Media Agency looking for a Media Buyer to join their team. This role would suit someone with 1.5 years experience in Media, with solid experience across TV buying. This role will give you the opportunity to work across a variety of media channels, with a focus across television campaigns.
In this role you would be responsible for managing implementation planning, negotiation and buying across all media channels. You will have an Account Assistant working closely with you and you will be responsible for the media portfolio of a selection of high profile clients.
In order to fulfil this role my client is looking for someone with:
- 18 months + experience working in TV Buying within a media agency
- Excellent communication skills: this role involves both internal people management and client management responsibilities
- Experience with all implementation tools, i.e Comms Tracker, Roy Morgan, Matrix etc.
- Understanding TV buying, and ability to make an effective integrated media plan for blue chip clients
- Data analysis skills & financial astuteness
