Marketing Communications Coordinator

Join a start up with big American backing in terms of finance and infrastructure.  You will be at the forefront of the company launch before it develops further into Asia.  This role will give you the chance to grow quickly in a digital environment using your traditional marketing skills.  This role is for a go-getter wanting more autonomy in their role.


The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the production of communications such as sales materials, case studies, newsletters, presentations and various social media content. This role requires the ability to develop messaging and positioning as well as producing a broad set of pieces that communicate value proposition and related concepts to both businesses and consumers.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns designed to generate buzz and promote viral consumer marketing
  • Author and manage client newsletters and other user communications with product updates and success stories
  • Write, edit and maintain print and online collateral materials for internal sales team and partner marketing programs
  • Develop B2B lead generation campaigns through online marketing, direct mail and other cost-effective channels
  • Leverage alternative media such as video and online demos to create compelling pieces highlighting the value proposition
  • Create presentations for sales and business development purposes, partner programs, conferences and other speaking engagements
  • Develop content for bylined articles, white papers, blog posts and other pieces to establish thought leadership
  • Work with Product Management, and external marketing and PR firms to maximise the results of ongoing media relations efforts


Experience and qualifications:

  •  3+ years hands-on marketing communications experience with primary focus on B2B marketing
  • Exceptional project management skills and outstanding attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills plus highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical/business concepts and express them in clear language
  • Strong familiarity with online technologies that leverage the web to create efficiencies
  • Must be a self-starter that moves quickly and accurately to manage projects from start to finish
