Our client, a leading media provider is looking for a Digital Sales Operations Manager. In this agency sales role you will be managing all advertising campaigns as well as the technology platforms and reporting process.
This is a sales operations role involving management of a team of 15. You are a strong leader, can motivate your team and are efficient and process driven.
Responsibilities:
- Management and leadership of the Account Executives and Account Coordinators
- Process efficiency, training and management
- Maintain competitive advantage, sustaining their premium position in the market
- Develop and maintain internal relationships
Requirements:
- Proven online sales ability – preferably more than 5 years sales experience within the industry
- Demonstrable numerical and analytical ability and skill
- Proven ability to summarise large amounts of data
- Tertiary qualified and ability to communicate effectively in the business environment
- Agency and/or direct client account management
- Proven team management, leadership and mentorship
- Proven ability to work with wide range of personalities at all decision making levels
- Effective problem solver and decision maker
- Demonstrate ability to manage change
- Strong negotiation and excellent engaging presentation skills
- Excellent media advertising knowledge
- Strong Customer focus
- Excellent organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills
