Expertise:

  • Proven track record in eCommerce, PPC, SEO and SEM
  • Proven track record in CMS systems, optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Proven track record to draw customer and campaign insights from analytics and develop recommendations to optimise customer and campaign outcomes
  • Proven track record in managing paid social campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, scheduling and social listening tools
  • Solid knowledge of using analytical tools including Google Analytics, Data Studio and Pixel
  • Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders across various fields of expertise
  • Proven track record of managing outcomes and relationships with vendors and agencies

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing website including organic traffic and user funnels, content, paid and earned campaign management and all analytics
  • Managing CMS including administration and workflow configuration
  • Developing, implementing, tracking and reporting of SEM and programmatic display strategies with support of an agency
  • Working with am internal team to develop and implement SEO strategy
  • Creating and executing social media campaigns with the goal of maximising customer engagement and revenue
  • Monitor, plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests as well as optimise user funnels
  • Own the reporting and analytics across website, social, programmatic campaigns and provide regular dashboards to management including recommendations to optimise activity against set KPIs
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise campaign spend and performance across multiple channels and customer touch points
