My client is Australia's leading independent Media Agency looking for a Digital Director to manage one of their largest accounts. In this role you would be responsible for leading the strategy, planning and buying function across all digital channels, as well as managing the client relationships. You will be responsible for managing a team of strategists, as well as digital planner & buyers.


  • Manage and lead strategy, planning and buying across all digital media channels
  • Liaise with other teams to help create strategy for all brands within your portfolio
  • Integrating other digital teams with overall strategy for clients: i.e search and social media
  • Liaising with international teams
  • Managing, training and developing all managers, executives and assistants across your client portfolio

For this role we require someone with:

  • Experience managing digital media strategy for blue chip clients
  • Strong experience across brand focused clients
  • Thorough understanding of all media channels
  • Experience managing and training a team of digital planner/buyers
  • Experience running and implementing digital display campaigns
  • Passion and understanding of developing areas of online media: Mobile, Video etc
