Summary
My client, a global digital media company, is seeking a motivated and well connected Sales Manager to help drive revenue from designated media agencies. Typically, the Sales Manager drives the sales process from account identification to close and establishes an ongoing client relationship, dealing with queries and issues as they arise.
The Role:
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets
- Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of client retention
- Identify new sales opportunities as well as building on existing relationships to develop the account
- Develop sales proposals and packages for new business opportunities
- Develop relationships at a senior level
- Deliver against all KPIs
The Candidate:
- Strong digital sales background
- Existing agency relationships highly desired
- Sound knowledge of the digital eco-system
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Good technical knowledge
- Ability to cope with the pressure of a target driven environment
- Demonstration of consultative sales ability
- Excellent communication skills
