Digital Account Manager – 12 months contract
Our client are a leading data and insights specialist.
It's a 12 months maternity cover.
- You will drive retention and growth within their existing client base.
- You will provide exceptional customer service to a range of clients within small, medium and enterprise portfolios.
- Working across a range of different industries, you’ll have the ability to solve strategic and operational related problems.
This is a commercial and target driven role, however, to be successful you will need to position yourself as a ‘go to’ person for all things digital to your clients. Successful candidates will hold a solid grasp and understanding of fundamental stages within the sales lifecycle specialising within client facing environments and selling to marketers.
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience in end to end account management & pipeline management;
- You love data, analysis and be a keen problem-solver;
- You’ll have a keen ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Have an exceptional work ethic with the ability to perform under pressure
- You’ll be comfortable holding and reporting on success vs target and pipeline on a regular basis
