Customer Relationship Manager
As a Customer Relationship Manager you are a strategic partner to the customers, helping them deliver value from our platform. You'll achieve this by enabling platform adoption, providing best practices and insights with support from the analytics team. You will understand clients' objectives coupled with your expertise in search. You will also drive customer satisfaction and impact retention by taking commercial ownership of the customer.
- A good understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape, including the Search ecosystem
- Experience in client facing account management roles, strong stakeholder skills up to C level
- SaaS background is a plus
- Google AdWords background
- Strong analytical skills
- A customer-centric approach
About the role:
- First 30 days, you will: learn about the product, the business and tools
- Later on: calls and meetings
- Acted as a trusted advisor delivering best practice where necessary
- Acted as a client champion providing feedback to management and product
- You will deliver an exceptional client experience, leading to 90%+ gross revenue retention
