Description
Due to recent rapid growth this global media agency based in Sydney's CBD, is looking for an Account Executive to join the Client Services Team.
You will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager and Account Director in ensuring clients are satisfied with the entire media product provided by the agency and its partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective workflow across the business in order to meet deadlines, manage work loads and ensure appropriate skill levels are engaged to deliver high quality work
- Support the Account Manager of all required administration including billings and budgets
- Assist the Account Manager in managing a range of corporate clients, ensuring end-to-end account management and account growth
- Liaise and report to internal PPC, SEO and Social teams to drive performance across your clients
Required:
- Basic knowledge of digital media and performance marketing
- 0-2 years' experience across PPC, SEO or Social
- Customer service experience ideally in an office or agency environment
- Strong, professional and friendly communication skills
- Demonstrate a sincere passion for digital media
