  • Conduct analysis, deliver reporting insights & recommendations, and inform the business decisions of some of Australia’s largest brands
  • Take the lead on services relating to Google Analytics, Adobe (Omniture), Webtrends, Adthena, Hitwise and other platforms

Purpose of the role
The primary objective of the roles is to provide analytics services and support to their clients and their internal SEM and SEO account teams. You will be conducting analysis and delivering actionable insights and recommendations whilst ensuring best practice analytics implementation. You will be also required to provide training to their internal teams and clients, with an ultimate focus on delivering a higher ROI, as well as delivering the best insights, conducting analysis in the most effective and efficient ways and using industry best practices.

Skills required:

  • Proven web analytics experience
  • Experience across a range of analytics platforms in particular Google Analytics, Adobe (Omniture) Suite & Webtrends
  • Strong knowledge of statistics & statistical analysis best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis and present clear and actionable insights and recommendations
  • Account management and solution-driven skills
  • Strong understanding of SEM & SEO methodologies & key success metrics
  • Experience working with large and complex organisations with different levels of reporting needs
  • Passion for analytics and demonstrated commitment to staying on top of the latest trends in the industry
  • Proactive approach to providing value to clients and a “can do” attitude

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with SQL or other structure query language; programming experience highly regarded
  • Experience with statistical software
  • Knowledge of and implementation experience with web development
  • Understanding of the broader digital media landscape including but not limited to display, email and social
  • Experience undertaking attribution modeling
  • Experience undertaking click/heat mapping analysis
  • Experience coordinating & driving projects to delivery
  • Experience using competitive Analysis tools such as Adthena, Adguru, Neilsen, Hitwise, SEM Rush or similar
