My client is a global Digital and Direct Advertising agency looking for an Account Director to manage one of the world's highest profile client's loyalty program.In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating Agency resources in order to meet the Client’s marketing and advertising needs
- Managing rewards program campaign development to ensure maximum return and maximum benefits for the Client
- Full responsibility for Agency output
- Provides perspective in the development of quality solutions
- Delivering innovative, top quality promotional & shopper marketing campaigns on time and on budget
- Developing tactical and strategic aspects of all activation elements on the account
- Growing the existing business and achieving revenue targets for the financial year
- Developing other staff members, particularly within the activation and the digital team
In order to fulfil this role we're looking for someone with:
- 5 years + experience in Loyalty/ Rewards program marketing
- Experience working for blue chip clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comprehensive understanding of general marketing practices
- Solid understand of the Australian promotional marketing market and experience in this
